Today we took a powerful step as a company, as individuals, and as leaders in making our industry a better place. It’s with great enthusiasm that I share with you changes that will impact the future of NYC investment sales. As we continue to live through the golden era of innovation in commercial real estate, I’m excited to announce that PROPERTYIDX is now Sonoture.

Our elite real estate partners will have exclusive access to industry-first technology that will increase the visibility of their listings and identify real and legitimate buyers for their listings, globally.

Late in 2020, we introduced a revolutionary new feature, dynamic buyers, that would inevitably become Sonoture. Through our growing network of over 60,000 owners, investors, and developers, we were able to identify hundreds of thousands of prospective buyers for our partners. Today, we’re excited to double down and weaponize our platform for the benefit of our industry and real estate partners.
