Sonoture Celebrates the Life & Legacy of the Beloved Jim Kinsey with the Second Annual Kinsey Community Leadership Award

New York, NY — Sonoture, the commercial real estate investment sales platform is honored to announce the second annual Kinsey Community Leadership Award.

Through his passion, inclusion, respect, and dedication, Jim Kinsey, a beloved figure in the NYC commercial real estate industry, symbolized the attributes of steadfast leadership.  His “always do the right thing” mentality served as a guiding light.

“As partners in property management, Jim and I were often put in the middle of two opposing sides, said Marisa Kinsey, CEO of Kinsey Equities. “Once he said ‘our goal is to get it right. We are sort of the voice of reason for both sides’. I think that is trait someone winning this award should have: the ability to be levelheaded and impartial when faced with complicated situations and individuals.“

Today, in honor of Jim Kinsey and with the support of the Kinsey family, his friends, and colleagues, we’re honored to recognize leaders with the Kinsey Community Leadership Award.  The annual award honors Jim,  his legacy, and commercial real estate brokers in the investment sales business that embody Jim’s spirit.
